North Carolina defeated Minnesota 31-13 on Saturday afternoon, led by quarterback Drake Maye, who passed for 414 yards and two touchdowns. Receiver Nate McCollum caught 15 passes for 165 yards and a touchdown, while Power Echols had 9 tackles and an interception. Here is what Maye, McCollum, Echols, and Armani Chatman said afterward.
