Tar Heels Claim Two Women's Tennis Victories, Advance To Sunday's Finals

Multiple Tar Heels picked up two victories in the Kitty Harrison Invitational on Saturday at the Chewning Tennis Center. In the "Navy" singles pool, Reese Brantmeier advanced to the Finals after she won 6-3, 0-6, 6-3. In the "White" pool, Carson Tanguilig picked up a 6-2, 2-6, 6-1 victory to solidify a spot in the finals as did two UNC women's doubles pairs.
