When UNC Charlotte chancellor Sharon Gaber and athletic director Mike Hill saw football coach Biff Poggi wearing a cutoff T-shirt at a news conference, they asked his assistant to make sure he didn't wear one in public settings. After Poggi learned of the request, he not only wore them in practices and news conferences but even in the official team photo. (ESPN.com)
