UNC Volleyball Sweeps Virginia To Start ACC Season

Behind a season-high 12 blocks, the UNC volleyball team (7-3, 1-0 ACC) tallied their first ACC win of the season on Friday, downing Virginia in three sets in Carmichael Arena (Highlights). With the victory, the Tar Heels improve to 5-0 at home and have dropped just one set in Chapel Hill this season. Mabrey Shaffmaster led UNC with a match-best 16 kills. (GoHeels.com)
