We talked one-on-one with UNC place kicker Noah Burnette on Monday, a conversation that proved revealing. The Tar Heels are off to their first 4-0 start in 26 years and have climbed to No. 15 in the AP Top 25 poll. And Burnette, after coming up short in a close preseason competition for UNC’s kicking job, is back in the saddle in that first-string role.
