Expectations were lofty for UNC defensive lineman Desmond Evans entering the 2023 football season. And this time, the senior is making good on one of his final chances to live up to the recruiting hype, while the Tar Heels are off to their first 4-0 start in 26 years. Through four games, he’s off to the best start of his career, with 12 tackles and a sack.
