The UNC men's basketball team never clicked as it stumbled to a 20-13 record last season. The Tar Heels overhauled their roster this offseason and found a locker room motivator, a la Brady Manek, in Notre Dame transfer Cormac Ryan, according to UNC big man Armando Bacot. "As a team, we never gelled like we should have," Bacot said this week.
