Lexi Donarski and Iowa State played against the Tar Heels at the Phil Knight Invitational in Portland. Five months later, she joined forces with UNC Women's Basketball after transferring out of Ames. "The minute we saw her name in the portal, she became someone we had to have," UNC coach Courtney Banghart said. "We knew she was the perfect fit." (Inside Carolina)
