Those who have watched him play say that UNC freshman Elliot Cadeau has some of the best passing ability you will see from a lead guard. He was thought to be the best assist man in high school, regardless of class. Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports says he heard that Cadeau will be the best passing point guard the Tar Heels have had since Kendall Marshall. (Carolina HQ)
