Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell was under pressure long before the NFL season started. Once the season began, the pressure has been different. Through three games, Howell has been sacked 19 times -- six more than any other quarterback. The Bills recorded nine last week. They can’t afford for it to happen at Philadelphia on Sunday.
