I was glancing over ESPN guru Mel Kiper’s Top 25 list of prospects for the 2009 NFL Draft and was impressed to find six Atlantic Coast Conference players included. But another name I expect to see creep into Kiper’s Top 25 soon is North Carolina receiver Hakeem Nicks. Although just a junior, it seems pretty certain that Nicks will skip his senior year with the Tar Heels and make himself available for the draft.
