Mack Brown Live: Shades of 1997 Starting to Form

UNC has started making its way towards historic and rarely chartered waters this football season. The Tar Heels notched their first 4-0 start since 1997, winning on the road at Pitt to open ACC league play. That 1997 season was the final year of Mack Brown’s first stint in Chapel Hill, and Carolina finished the season ranked No. 4 in the AP Top 25 poll.
