Remember when Mack Brown went off on UNC's 2023 football schedule? While almost halfway through their season, the Tar Heels appear in great shape on both ends of their slate. Brown called the first four games the toughest in his 35 years of head coaching. It turns out that they served as a springboard to Carolina's best start since Brown’s 1997 team.
