Sam Howell threw three touchdown passes with a 119.7 passer rating Sunday, both career-highs, to help the Washington Commanders snap a three-game losing streak with a 24-16 victory at Atlanta. Howell's former UNC target Josh Downs scored his first NFL touchdown. Javonte Williams ran for 52 yards on 10 carries in the Broncos’ 19-8 loss at Kansas City.
