UNC football coach Mack Brown warned the No. 10 Tar Heels throughout the week. Following a stunning 31-27 loss to Virginia at Kenan Stadium, Brown went through a list of excuses he thought the program had addressed. UNC (6-1, 3-1 ACC) was a 24-point favorite against Virginia (2-5, 1-2) and became the first top-10 home team to lose to the Cavaliers. (Fayetteville Observer)
