reportedly has agreed on a three-year, $39 million contract extension with the Orlando Magic. Anthony, starting his fourth NBA season, would have become an unrestricted free agent next summer. Anthony said at the beginning of camp that he wasn’t worried about that prospect. Anthony enters this season as the backup point guard. (Tar Heel Tribune)
