Zack Pianalto fractures leg
Posted Nov 10, 2008
North Carolina tight end Zack Pianalto fractured his left fibula, during his first-quarter touchdown reception during Saturday's 28-7 win over Georgia Tech. Coach Butch Davis did know know Sunday when the sophomore would return. The fibula is non-weightbearing bone of the leg. Pianalto missed Carolina's previous two games with a high right ankle sprain before returning to play the Jackets.
