UNC freshman point guard Elliot Cadeau is the ACC Preseason rookie of the year in voting announced Thursday. Fifth-year center Armando Bacot is Preseason All-ACC first team for the third straight season, finishing second to Duke’s Kyle Filipowski for Preseason ACC Player of the Year.
