There were vexing mistakes and head-scratching first-half defensive lapses before North Carolina finally lowered the boom on Campbell to produce the expected blowout Saturday. UNC scored 52 consecutive points and rode Omarion Hampton’s running and Tez Walker’s big catches to a 59-7 victory on a sun-splashed Saturday afternoon at Kenan Stadium.
