Ahmad Al-Qaq's goal in the 16th minute and Andrew Cordes' six save showing helped lift the No. 7 North Carolina men's soccer program (9-3-5) over No. 2 Wake Forest (11-2-5), 1-0, on Sunday afternoon in ACC Tournament quarterfinal action (Highlights). Carolina advances to the semifinals of the ACC Tournament for the 17th time in program history.
