Here are three bold predictions for UNC who opens the basketball season Monday against Radford at the Smith Center. 1. Elliot Cadeau will become the first freshman to lead the ACC in assists since NC State’s Dennis Smith Jr. in 2017. 2. UNC will be among the best 3-point shooting teams. 3.
