North Carolina Pulls Away From Radford in Season Opener, 86-70

It wasn’t the most show-stopping of season debuts, but consider it a starting point for No. 19 UNC. The curtain went up on the new-look Tar Heels, who pulled away from Radford 86-70 in the basketball season opener for both teams Monday at the Smith Center. Armando Bacot delivered his 69th career double-double with 25 points and 13 rebounds.
