North Carolina Falls to Villanova in Overtime of Physical Battle 4 Atlantis Test


North Carolina wasn’t able to weather increasing foul trouble Thursday, and again couldn’t reach the Battle 4 Atlantis final. Villanova overcame the 14th-ranked Tar Heels 83-81 in overtime at Imperial Arena in the tournament semifinals, this Thanksgiving matchup providing high intensity, high drama, and a physical test that UNC wasn’t able to pass.
