Tar Heels in NFL: Javonte Williams, Josh Downs help teams win; Michael Carter makes Arizona debut


Week 12 of the NFL season started with a frustrating Thanksgiving Day for former UNC quarterback and Washington, but wide receiver and running back helped the Colts and Broncos earn Sunday victories, and running back made his Arizona debut.
