Former LSU and Texas A&M quarterback Max Johnson committed to UNC on Wednesday after entering the college football transfer portal earlier this week, and Inside Carolina expert Jason Staples praised UNC's efforts in landing him. "In terms of what North Carolina wants from their quarterback position, Johnson checks a lot of those boxes," Staples said.
