North Carolina is 7-1 for the first time since 2017-18. UNC went on a 22-0 run in the second half, the first time the Tar Heels have scored more than 20 straight points since scoring 22 in a row against Notre Dame in the 2021 ACC Tournament. R.J. Davis is the first Tar Heel score 27 or more points in three straight games since Joseph Forte in 2001.
