Five-Star Guard Dylan Harper Commits To Rutgers Basketball


Rutgers landed the No.2-ranked prospect in the 2024 basketball recruiting class on Wednesday. Combo guard of Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.) announced his plans to become a Scarlet Knight.
