Ranked No. 2 in the 2024 basketball recruiting class, Dylan Harper, the 6-foot-6 combo guard from Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco, is the highest ranked high school player to ever commit to the Scarlet Knights. This comes less than a year after 2024’s No. 3 ranked player Ace Bailey of Powder Springs (Ga.) McEachern cast his lot with Steve Pikiell and Rutgers.
