Bobby Frasor also may sit out opener

Tyler Hansbrough and Marcus Ginyard won't play today against Penn. Bobby Frasor might not either. North Carolina's senior guard became the latest to join the walking wounded when he sprained his left ankle in practice on Monday. He didn't practice Tuesday and Wednesday, but he did go through workouts on Friday. UNC coach Roy Williams wasn't sure how much he'd play in the Tar Heels' season opener against the Quakers this afternoon at the Smith Center.
