Tar Heels' Defense Adapting To Life Without Cedric Gray During Bowl Preparation

Before each of UNC Football's regular-season practices, Cedric Gray and Power Echols would call each other’s jersey numbers out before stretch period. Gray shouted “23” in reference to Echols, and Echols called out “33” to address Gray. But with Gray now away from the team to prepare for the NFL Draft, his voice was noticeably absent at practice Wednesday. (Inside Carolina)
