R.J. Davis scored 27 points. Davis has led UNC in scoring the last six games, becoming the first player to lead Carolina in scoring in six straight games since Justin Jackson in 2016-17. Davis is the fourth Tar Heel to score 26 or more points in five or more straight games, joining Charlie Scott (1970), Bobby Lewis (1966), and Lennie Rosenbluth (1957).
