Florida State board chair jabs UNC AD Bubba Cunningham as Seminoles file lawsuit against ACC


Florida State took a step toward leaving the ACC on Friday as its board of trustees voted to file a lawsuit against the league, challenging its Grant of Rights and withdrawal penalties. UNC athletic director Bubba Cunningham criticized FSU in August for not "being a good member of the league," and Seminoles BOT chair Peter Collins returned fire. (Inside Carolina)
