Tar Heels Fail to Finish Football Season With New Narrative

North Carolina authored some nice moments with its reconfigured cast of characters, but couldn’t write a new narrative Wednesday. The Tar Heels were shut out during the second half and fell to West Virginia 30-10 in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl at Bank of America Stadium, and ended the 2023 football season with five losses across their final seven games.
