Cam Sexton to start vs. N.C. State
Posted Nov 17, 2008
North Carolina plans on starting Cameron Sexton against N.C. State, even after the Tar Heels' quarterback suffered through what he described as his worst performance of the season in a 17-15 loss to Maryland on Saturday. Asked if he'd give any thought to starting T.J. Yates against the Wolfpack, UNC coach Butch Davis said "No." "Our plan is right now to start Cam," Davis said. Davis also indicated that Sexton wasn't the reason the Tar Heels lost to the Terrapins.
