Drake Powell stars in front of big-time crowd Thursday at John Wall Holiday Invitational

UNC was one of six college basketball coaching staffs on hand to see a showdown of top recruits Thursday. Five-star UNC signee Drake Powell and Northwood faced 4-star recruit Cole Cloer and Orange at the John Wall Holiday Invitational in Raleigh. Powell scored 17 points in the win and is averaging 20 points, eight rebounds, and four assists this season.
