No. 9 North Carolina (8-3) returns from an eight-day break to host Charleston Southern (4-8) at 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29. R.J. Davis has made 193 three-pointers and needs one to Dante Calabria for 10th in UNC history and five to pass Hubert Davis (192) for ninth. This is the first time the Tar Heels and Buccaneers have ever played in men's basketball.
