Armando Bacot joins 2,000-point club for UNC career

Armando Bacot became the seventh Tar Heel to score 2,000 career points, reaching the milestone in Tuesday night’s 70-57 victory against Pitt. Bacot needed 13 points to reach the 2k mark, and he finished with 16 points, leading all UNC scorers. The moment happened in the second half, during a pivotal offensive surge by the Tar Heels to create separation.
