The defending national champion North Carolina Tar Heels women's tennis team defeated the Elon Phoenix 7-0 on Saturday afternoon, marking the team's first match of the 2024 indoor season and its first home dual match since winning the regional championship versus Florida to cement a spot at the 2023 NCAA team Championships last season.
