Swimmer Carly Smith commits to Carolina

UNC Head coach Rich DeSelm has collected the commitment of one of North Carolina's most promising members of the class of 2009 with NCAC and CHHS senior Carly Smith choosing to become a Tar Heel. Smith was a member of the 2008 USA Swimming Junior National Team, competed at the 2008 Olympic Trials, and is the triple defending N.C. high school state champion in the 100 back.
