"One of the biggest things for us is individual development," UNC coach Hubert Davis said Wednesday on his radio show. "Our team can’t get better unless our individual players get better. For example, Seth and ‘J-Wash,’ their commitment this summer to improve and get better (is) the reason why they’re consistently playing and consistently playing well."
