2024 Kentucky Commit Billy Richmond Has NCAA Title Aspirations: 'I Just Want to Win'

For the past couple of years, Billy Richmond has had to fend off constant questions about where he’ll go to college. Since committing to Kentucky on December 21, he’s been able to focus on his main goal of winning a state championship. “It made things very easy, just knowing that I made my decision and that I’m comfortable going there,” Richmond said.
