Armando Bacot could feel it in the days leading up to North Carolina basketball’s loss to Clemson on Tuesday night at the Smith Center. The post-Duke-win hangover reared its ugly head with a bad start to practice on Monday, Bacot said, and bled into a bad shootaround on Tuesday. Then, Bacot added, several Tar Heels showed up late for warmups.
