UNC Group Studying Smith Center Renovations And Potential New Arena

The interest and necessity in determining a plan for the UNC men’s basketball arena has increased. North Carolina director of athletics Bubba Cunningham has commissioned a working group to explore Smith Center renovation options in addition to considering the possibility of a new arena. There is not a timetable associated with the process at this point.
