North Carolina Puts Away Virginia Tech for Get-Right Victory

UNC returned home in need of a get-right game, and the victory that was delivered Saturday did the trick. The No. 7-ranked Tar Heels put away Virginia Tech 96-81 at the Smith Center, picking up their 20th victory of the season and maintaining first-place position in the ACC standings in the process. Armando Bacot’s logged 25 points and 12 rebounds.
