Tyler Nickel has productive return to UNC; Adams, Love, McKoy have good games
Posted Feb 18, 2024
Tyler Nickel’s return to the Smith Center didn’t produce a victory for his Virginia Tech team, but he reminded the Tar Heels of his perimeter shooting prowess. In UNC’s 96-81 victory Saturday, Nickel scored 14 points, including four 3-pointers, three blocks, and a steal on a day that Destiny Adams, Caleb Love, and Justin McKoy also scored double figures.
