Hubert Davis, Sean May check in on 7-foot center Malachi Moreno

On Tuesday night, North Carolina head basketball coach Hubert Davis was in Kentucky to watch four-star class of 2025 7-foot-1 center Malachi Moreno. Moreno, who does not yet hold a UNC offer, finished the game with 26 points and 11 rebounds. Tar Heels assistant coach Sean May followed up Tuesday's visit with another viewing on Wednesday.
