Elliot Cadeau, North Carolina’s ascendant freshman point guard, has a chance Saturday to do something no one at UNC has done in almost 12 years. Cadeau has the daunting task of trying to lead the Tar Heels’ up-tempo offense, built on the fast break and secondary break and pushing the pace, against a Virginia team that aspires to do the opposite.
