UNC Basketball flips defensive switch at halftime, rallies to beat NC State

It was like No. 9 North Carolina flipped a defensive switch early in the second half. The Tar Heels gave up seven 3-pointers to N.C. State in the first half but forced the Wolfpack to come unglued offensively after halftime. UNC limited the Wolfpack to one field goal in the first 11 minutes of the second half and held on for a 79-70 victory Saturday in Chapel Hill. (Tar Heel Tribune)
