UNC Basketball's latest NCAA projections and ACC No. 1 seed scenarios

There is more agreement in bracket projections that North Carolina will be the No. 2 seed in the East Regional, but there are plenty of opportunities for the Tar Heels to change that. UNC can clinch a share of the ACC regular-season title with a win Tuesday over Notre Dame. Here are the tiebreaker scenarios if UNC and Duke finish tied for first place. (Tar Heel Tribune)
