Tar Heel Field Hockey Trio Named All-America


Three North Carolina field hockey players have capped the 2008 season with All-America honors, as announced Monday by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA). Senior Britt van Beek, junior Illse Davids and sophomore all were named to the All-America second team. The All-America honor is the first for van Beek and Davids, while Falgowski also was named to the second team in 2007. (Tar Heel Blue)
